You'll need access to the e-mail address and password for either yourself, or for the person who has passed away.
Once you have this information, you can follow these steps:
- Log-in to your account here
- Find “Your Account” and then click on “Settings”
- At the bottom of the page, click on “I want to delete my account”
- You'll then need to re-enter the password and click “Delete Account”
