Cancelling Your Audible Membership

Ending your Audible membership is straightforward and can be done anytime. Depending on where you initially signed up, the steps vary slightly. Here are the instructions for each platform:

Audible.co.uk, Google Play, or Apple

Cancel a Membership on Audible.co.uk

  1. Visit Audible's website and log in with your Audible/Amazon account.
  2. Move your cursor over your username at the top of the page.
  3. Click on 'Account Details'.
  4. Find and click on the 'Cancel membership' link.
  5. You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Click 'Continue to cancel'.
  6. Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email, and your membership status will update on your Account Details page.

Important Note: If you require technical support or have questions, Audible's customer service is available 24/7.

Cancelling on Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device or desktop.
  2. Click on your profile icon.
  3. Go to 'Payments and subscriptions'.
  4. Locate Audible, then click on 'Manage' and 'Cancel subscription'.

Cancelling Through the Apple App Store

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Go to 'Subscriptions'.
  4. Select Audible.
  5. Tap on 'Cancel Subscription'.

Additional Note: If 'Cancel Subscription' isn't visible, your membership has already been cancelled and will not renew.
