Lyfeguard was created to bring the documents, accounts, policies, wishes, people, and details that run through a person’s life into one secure, permissioned record.

A person’s life is made up of far more than the information held by any one provider, adviser, solicitor, app, or institution. Wills, pensions, policies, deeds, accounts, subscriptions, passwords, health details, contacts, wishes, and instructions are spread across dozens of places.
Families are expected to understand what matters. Professionals are expected to advise from fragments. The person at the centre is left carrying the burden of connecting it all.
This is not only a problem in a crisis. It affects everyday decisions, financial planning, legal advice, home moves, retirement, care, inheritance, protection, and the administration of modern life.
Lyfeguard gives individuals a secure way to bring important information together and decide who can access it. It gives families a clearer place to look when support is needed. It gives professional firms a permissioned view of the client context that sits beyond static records and incomplete files.
The goal is simple: fewer people left searching, guessing, repeating, or making decisions without the full picture.

Every account, policy, pension, property, document, subscription, provider, adviser, password, app, and portal adds another piece of a person’s life. Lyfeguard brings those pieces into one structured record, organised around the person they belong to.
Individuals stay in control. They decide what to add, what to keep private, and what to share. Trusted professionals can work from the information they have been given permission to see. Both sides can move from fragments to a clearer, more complete picture.
Lyfeguard helps people organise life’s important documents, accounts, wishes, contacts, and details so they are easier to find, update, and share when needed.
Lyfeguard helps advisers see more of the client’s financial and family context, including held-away assets, life events, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to support clients more proactively.
Lyfeguard helps private client teams keep records alive, prompt timely reviews, support estate administration, and build relationships with the people connected to a client’s life and legacy.

Who we are
Lyfeguard is built by a team with experience across financial services, technology, operations, product, customer delivery, and commercial growth. We understand the problem from both sides: the people trying to organise life’s information and the professionals trying to support them with incomplete context.

Keith has spent more than 35 years advising financial services firms, holding senior leadership roles at EY, Capgemini and Capco. He led EY’s Wealth Management and Private Banking practice for over a decade, during which he also chaired industry and philanthropic forums. He continues to advise organisations across these sectors and currently works with fintechs and other start-ups and scale-ups on strategy, distribution, partnerships and funding. He is also a trustee and adviser to several charitable and philanthropic bodies.

Geoff brings more than 35 years of experience across wealth management, financial planning and investment services. His career includes leading Barclays International Funds Group, Standard Life’s platform business, and BNY Pershing’s UK and European operations. He now works as a corporate adviser and executive coach to a number of businesses, and serves as Senior Independent Director of PIMFA, the trade body for financial planning and wealth management.
What guides us
Life’s important information should be easier to find, understand, and act on. Lyfeguard is designed to turn scattered details into a clearer picture.
The person at the centre should decide what is added, what stays private, and what is shared. Permission is fundamental to the product.
Sensitive information deserves careful handling. Security, privacy, and responsible data governance are not add-ons. They are part of the foundation.
The best time to organise important information is before it is urgently needed. Lyfeguard helps people and firms prepare gradually, not react under pressure.
